Terms of Service for StoreFast

Effective Date: October 2, 2026

Welcome to StoreFast (https://storefast.app), run as a sole proprietorship in Massachusetts, United States. By using our website, API, GitHub Action or MCP server, you agree to these terms. If you use StoreFast for a company, you agree to them on its behalf.

1. What StoreFast does

StoreFast helps you publish apps to app stores and see how they do. It can upload packages, write and translate release notes, submit updates, track certification and show you downloads, installs, ratings and reviews. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Your account

You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use StoreFast. Keep your sign-in safe. Anything done with your account, including by a coding agent or a CI job you set up, counts as done by you.

3. Your apps and content

You keep all rights to your apps, packages, listings, screenshots, release notes and other content. You give us permission to store, process, translate and send that content to the stores you choose, only so we can provide StoreFast to you.

You promise that you have the rights to everything you publish with StoreFast, and that your apps and listings follow the law and the rules of each store, such as the Microsoft Store Policies.

4. Microsoft Partner Center and other stores

To connect the Microsoft Store, you give StoreFast access to your Partner Center account through credentials you create in Microsoft Entra ID. You can remove that access at any time, in StoreFast settings or in Partner Center. Your store account, your apps and what they say are your responsibility. StoreFast acts on your instructions: it reads your apps, stats and reviews, and it only changes or submits a release when you, one of your API keys or one of your agent connections tells it to.

StoreFast is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft, Apple, Google or any other store. Each store decides whether to accept your app, and certification can fail or take time. Microsoft’s certification decisions are Microsoft’s, and we can’t guarantee that a submission will be approved, published on a certain date or stay listed. Store fees and your agreements with each store are between you and that store.

5. AI translations and writing style

StoreFast uses AI models to translate release notes into your listing languages, translate reviews into English, and build a short writing style profile for each app from its live Store listing. AI output can be wrong, awkward or miss the point, and we don’t guarantee that it’s accurate. Review translated release notes before you submit them. You’re responsible for what your listings and release notes say once they’re published.

6. Publishing safety

Submitting a release always takes a separate step, and only API keys and agent connections you give publish access can do it. If you set up CI or a coding agent to submit for you, releases will go out without asking you each time.

7. API keys

API keys let scripts, CI jobs and coding agents use StoreFast for you. We show a key once, when you make it, and only keep a scrambled version of it after that. Keep your keys secret, and don’t put them in public code or share them. You’re responsible for everything done with your keys. If a key leaks, revoke it in settings right away and make a new one.

8. Acceptable use

Don’t use StoreFast to:

  • publish malware, scams or apps you don’t have the rights to
  • break the rules of any store or get around their review
  • attack, overload or try to break into StoreFast or other people’s accounts
  • resell StoreFast without our written permission

9. Fair use and limits

Every plan includes AI writing, and Indie, Studio and the free trial include the API, all within limits that keep StoreFast fast and affordable for everyone. AI writing has a daily limit per account that resets at midnight UTC, and API keys have a limit on requests per minute. These limits are set so normal use never hits them. If an account uses far more than normal, we may slow it down or ask you to change how you use StoreFast.

10. Free trial

New accounts get a 7-day free trial that starts when you sign up. You don’t need a card, and the trial never turns into a paid plan by itself. The trial works like the Indie plan, including its number of apps and API and MCP access.

When the trial ends, publishing pauses until you pick a plan. Your apps, stats and reviews stay in your account and keep updating, so nothing is lost while you decide.

11. Plans and pricing

Plans differ in how many apps can publish, how much stats history you see, and whether the API, MCP server and GitHub Action are included, as listed with each plan. Current plans and prices are shown on the Billing page in the app and wherever we list prices on storefast.app. You can pay monthly or yearly.

12. How payment works

Payments are handled by Stripe through its Managed Payments service. Your purchase is “Sold through Link”: Link (Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company) is the merchant of record for the payment. Stripe processes your payment, calculates and collects sales tax, VAT or GST, sends your receipts and invoices, and handles payment support and disputes. Your charge shows on your statement as coming from LINK.COM. When you check out, Link’s Sold through Link Terms (link.com/terms) also apply to your payment.

Taxes are calculated by Stripe at checkout based on where you are, and added where they apply. Stripe may show the price in your local currency.

13. Renewal and canceling

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically every month or every year, depending on what you picked, until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries the card again for a while and StoreFast keeps working in the meantime. If it still can’t be paid, the plan ends and publishing pauses.

You can cancel at any time from Manage billing on the Billing page, which opens Stripe’s customer portal, or from your orders at link.com. Canceling takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for. You keep your plan until then, and you won’t be charged again.

14. Refunds

Because the trial is free and needs no card, we don’t usually refund unused time after a renewal, and we don’t refund partial periods when you cancel. If something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge, a charge after you canceled, or a problem on our side that kept StoreFast from working, email hello@storefast.app and we’ll look at it and make it right. We also give refunds wherever the law requires them.

You can also ask Link support for a refund. Under Link’s refund policy, Link can refund a purchase within 60 days in certain cases, such as an unauthorized, duplicate or mistaken payment. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

15. Changes to plans and prices

You can switch plans or between monthly and yearly billing from the Billing page. Stripe shows you the prorated amount before you confirm. We may change our plans or prices. If a change affects what you pay, we’ll email you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

16. Ending your account

You can disconnect a store in settings at any time, which deletes its apps and their data from StoreFast. To delete your whole account, email hello@storefast.app. Cancel any paid plan first so you aren’t charged again. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts StoreFast or others at risk. When possible, we’ll warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.

17. Disclaimers

StoreFast is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that StoreFast will be uninterrupted or error free.

18. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, StoreFast isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or a delayed release. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for StoreFast in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

19. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against StoreFast because of your apps, your content or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover the costs of that claim.

20. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

21. Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top, and for important changes we’ll email you before they take effect. If you keep using StoreFast after that, you accept the new terms.
